Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by 1Clicktech Global Services Private Limited (“1Clicktech”) to its customers (“Customer”). Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. Cancellation Rights:

* For any service purchased by the Customer, the Customer has the right to cancel the service within 7 days of purchase without incurring any cancellation charges. This 7-day period is considered a “cooling-off” period as per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.

* After the 7-day cooling-off period, the Customer may still be eligible to cancel the service, but may be subject to cancellation charges as outlined in Section 2 below.

2. Cancellation Charges:

* If the Customer cancels the service after the 7-day cooling-off period, the Customer may be subject to the following cancellation charges:

    * DevOps Services:

        * Upfront Project Fees: For any upfront project fees paid, a cancellation charge of 20% will be applied.

        * Hourly Billing: For any hours worked but not yet invoiced, the full hourly rate will be charged.

        * Expenses Incurred: The Customer will be responsible for any expenses incurred on their behalf up to the date of cancellation.

    * SaaS Services:

        * Monthly Subscription Fees: If the Customer cancels the service mid-month, no refund will be issued for the remaining days of the month.

        * Annual Subscription Fees:

            * If the Customer cancels within the first 30 days of the annual subscription, a full refund will be issued.

            * If the Customer cancels after 30 days but before the end of the annual subscription, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the remaining months of the subscription.

* Please note that these are just the general cancellation charges. In some cases, specific service agreements may have different cancellation terms. The Customer is advised to carefully review the specific terms of their service agreement before canceling.

3. Cancellation Procedure:

To cancel a service, the Customer must submit a written request to 1Clicktech via email to [email protected] The cancellation request must clearly state the Customer’s intention to cancel the service and the date on which the cancellation should take effect.

4. Refunds:

Once a cancellation request is received and processed, any applicable refund will be issued to the Customer within 15 business days using the original payment method.

5. Termination for Cause:

1Clicktech reserves the right to terminate any service agreement with immediate effect if the Customer:

* Breaches any of the terms of the service agreement.

* Fails to pay any invoices within 30 days of the due date.

* Engages in any illegal or fraudulent activity.

6. Governing Law:

This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
